SMALLPPT AFFILIATE PROGRAM AGREEMENT
Effective Date: May 1, 2025
Program Name: Smallppt Affiliate Program
Advertiser: Smallppt (hereinafter "the Advertiser," "we," or "us")
________________________________________
I. AGREEMENT OVERVIEW
This Agreement governs the relationship between Smallppt and any individual or entity (hereinafter "Media Partner," "Affiliate," or "you") participating in the Smallppt Affiliate Program. By submitting an application, using affiliate links, or engaging in promotional activities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.
II. COMMISSION AND SETTLEMENT
1. Currency and Exchange
• All commissions and financial transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
• If your account is set to a non-USD currency, conversions will be handled by the system at the prevailing exchange rate. Any associated conversion fees or exchange risks are the sole responsibility of the Affiliate.
2. Commission Eligibility
A conversion is deemed eligible for commission only if:
• It is recorded via Smallppt’s officially approved tracking methods.
• The traffic source adheres strictly to the "Permitted Promotion Methods" in this Agreement.
• The conversion is not flagged as fraudulent, invalid, or subject to reversal.
• The Affiliate is in full compliance with all terms herein.
III. AMENDMENTS AND SUSPENSION
1. Notice Period
Smallppt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Agreement at any time by providing at least one (1) day’s notice. Notifications will be sent via email, posted in the affiliate dashboard, or updated on official channels. Continued participation after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
2. Promotion Pause Policy
To maintain ecosystem integrity, Smallppt may temporarily pause an Affiliate’s promotion. This policy is designed to protect high-performing partners and mitigate the impact of low-quality or irregular traffic.
IV. REVERSAL AND REFUND POLICY
Smallppt reserves the sole and final right to determine commission validity. Commissions may be revoked (up to 100%) in the following cases:
• User refunds, payment chargebacks, or subscription cancellations.
• Detection of fraud, bot traffic, or deceptive practices.
• Violation of promotional restrictions.
• Inability to verify the authenticity of the transaction.
V. TRACKING RESTRICTIONS
1. Third-Party Pixels
Affiliates are STRICTLY PROHIBITED from firing their own tracking pixels or third-party pixels upon completion of a consumer action. All tracking must rely solely on the Advertiser’s official systems.
VI. PROMOTION RESTRICTIONS
1. Paid Advertising Policy (Effective May 1, 2025)
To protect the brand environment and ensure fair competition, paid advertising is strictly regulated as follows:
• Prohibition of Direct Linking: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from running paid ads that link directly to smallppt.com or any official landing pages. This includes using affiliate links as the final destination URL in any ad platform.
• Search Engine Restrictions: Bidding on brand-related keywords (e.g., "Smallppt", "Smallppt AI", or common misspellings) is strictly forbidden on all search engines (Google, Bing, etc.).
• Permitted Indirect Traffic: Paid advertising (Social Media, Display, or Non-brand Search) is only allowed if the ads direct traffic to the Affiliate’s own website, blog, or content page first. Users must then click an affiliate link on that page to be redirected to Smallppt.
• Consequence: Any conversions identified as "Direct Linking" from paid ads or originating from "Brand Keyword Bidding" will be ineligible for commission.
2. Other Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate termination of the partnership and forfeiture of all unpaid commissions:
• Spamming: Sending unsolicited emails, private messages, or using automated posting tools on social media.
• Deceptive Marketing: Making false, exaggerated, or misleading claims regarding Smallppt’s pricing, features, or official status (e.g., claiming to be the "Official Support").
• Traffic Fraud: Generating fake conversions through the use of bots, scripts, click farms, or incentivized traffic (offering rewards for clicks).
• Infringement: Using third-party intellectual property or Smallppt’s trademarks in a way that violates legal rights or brand guidelines.
• Illegal Conduct: Any promotion that violates applicable laws, regulations, or platform-specific policies.
VII. COMPLIANCE AND CONTENT
All promotional materials must be clear, truthful, and compliant with international consumer protection and advertising laws. Affiliates must not make misleading promises or misrepresent the Smallppt brand.
VIII. TERMINATION
Smallppt may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination:
• The Affiliate must immediately remove all affiliate links and cease using Smallppt brand assets.
• Commissions resulting from breaches of this Agreement will be forfeited.
• Outstanding valid commissions will be settled following a final audit.
IX. GOVERNING LAW AND INTERPRETATION
Smallppt retains the final right of interpretation for all terms in this Agreement. If any provision is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
